EPW Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with any purchase you make with us. All returns must be in New and Unused condition up to 90 days after the purchase date.  All parts are inspected upon arrival.  

Customers must obtain an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning products to PBM-ERSON. Please contact our Return Department to initiate your RMA request. The cost of a discounted return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Returns that arrive without an RMA will be refused. PBM-ERSON is not liable for any loss of products, damage of products, or shipping charges that occur when a return is attempted without an approved RMA.

Items that arrive damaged, missing pieces, or otherwise unusable must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery. Items that are reported outside of this timeframe are ineligible for return, exchange, or compensation.
